Appliance and Furniture Haul-Out
Old appliances and furniture are the most common things people need gone and often the hardest to get rid of on your own. They're heavy, they don't fit in a trash bin, and the disposal yard has rules about what it takes and what it charges. DemoRex handles all of it: washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, stoves, dishwashers, water heaters, TVs, and every kind of furniture, couches, tables, mattresses, dressers, desks, and anything else taking up space in your home or business.
A quick word on pricing, because appliance jobs vary and we'd rather you understand why. Some appliances carry an extra fee at the disposal yard — refrigerants in fridges, freezers, and AC units are the big one, and certain other appliances have their own disposal charges the yard applies to us. Those fees get passed through at cost, not marked up, which is why one appliance may price a little differently than another. Furniture and standard items don't carry those fees.
Load size is up to you. We haul full loads, three-quarter loads, half loads, quarter loads, and single items. You only pay for the space your stuff takes up. And for a single item you just want gone fast, DemoRex offers curbside pickup: set it at the curb, we swing by and grab it, done. It's the quickest, most affordable way to lose one item.
Nothing has to be at the curb, though. We pick up items right where they sit, upstairs bedrooms, basements, garages, the back office. Stairs, tight doorways, and pieces that need dismantling to get out are all part of the job; they factor into the price because they take time, but they're never a problem. Getting the heavy, awkward thing out of the difficult spot is exactly what you're hiring us for and exactly what we do.

Appliances rarely leave a house one at a time. A remodel, a move, or a rental turnover usually means a washer, a dryer, a fridge, and half a garage of furniture all need to go at once and that's the efficient way to do it. Grouping items together almost always costs less than hauling them separately, so the smart move is to walk the property before we arrive and gather up everything that's overdue to leave.
Where they end up matters too. Appliances don't just get dumped. Metal gets recycled, units with refrigerant go to facilities equipped to handle them, and anything still in working shape gets a chance at a second life instead of a landfill.
