OFFICE & COMMERCIAL CLEAR-OUT
COMMERCIAL OFFICE CLEAR-OUT PROFESSIONALS
Serving Fresno, Clovis, Sanger , and the Central Valley
Empty the Space, Hand Back the Keys
When a business relocates, downsizes, or closes, everything left in the space has to go before the lease ends, desks, cubicles, chairs, filing cabinets, shelving, break room appliances, electronics, and years of accumulated storage. DemoRex clears offices, retail spaces, warehouses, and commercial buildings throughout the Central Valley, from a single suite to an entire floor.
We work around your schedule, evenings and weekends included, so an operating business doesn't lose a workday and we handle the building's rules on elevators, loading docks, and freight access. Furniture in good shape goes to donation, metal and e-waste get routed to recyclers, and the space is left broom-clean for the walkthrough with your landlord.
Please note: we do not haul hazardous waste, including car batteries, railroad ties, wet paint, and chemicals.

Commercial Office Clean-out
Businesses move, downsize, remodel, and close, and every one of those events leaves a space full of furniture and equipment that has to be gone by a date on a lease. DemoRex handles office and commercial cleanouts throughout Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, and the Central Valley: offices, retail spaces, restaurants, medical suites, warehouses, and everything in between, whether it's a single suite or an entire floor.
We clear it all. Desks, cubicle systems, conference tables, chairs, filing cabinets, shelving and racking, break room appliances, electronics, monitors, leftover inventory, fixtures, and the storage rooms nobody's opened in years.
Cubicles and racking that need dismantling get dismantled, that's part of the job, not an add-on surprise. The standard exceptions apply: hazardous materials, chemicals, car batteries, wet paint, and railroad ties stay behind. If anything's being kept such as equipment moving to the new location, items the landlord owns, flag it before we start and we'll work around it.
Commercial properties run on rules, and we're easy to have in the building. We coordinate with property management on scheduling, loading dock and freight elevator use, parking, and building hours, and we follow the site's requirements from check-in to final walkout. Work areas stay contained and tidy while we load, hallways clear, common areas untouched, no mess migrating past the suite door. And when the building or the business can't have a cleanout crew working during operating hours, we work after hours, nights and weekends included, so the space empties without disrupting anyone's business day.
Timing is usually the whole game on these jobs. A lease end date doesn't move, and handing the space back late or still full gets expensive fast. Our estimator walks the space, quotes the job, and we schedule the cleanout to land inside your deadline. Cleared, swept, and ready to hand back to the landlord on time.

Handed Back the Way the Lease Requires
Most commercial leases spell out how a space has to be returned, cleared out, broom-clean, ready for the next tenant and the difference between meeting that condition and missing it shows up on the final bill. Holdover rent, disposal charges billed back by the landlord, deposits that don't come back: an office that sits full past the deadline costs real money. An empty, swept space handed back on schedule closes the lease clean and ends the relationship the way it should end.
There's a version of this job businesses try first: employees hauling their own desks, a rented truck, and a last week that turns into chaos. The better version is your people focused on the move while a crew whose only job is the cleanout empties the old space behind them. Both versions end with an empty office. Only one of them ends with your staff still liking their jobs.
