SIGNAGE REMOVAL

SIGNAGE DEMOLITION DONE BY PROFESSIONALS

Serving Fresno, Clovis, Sanger , and the Central Valley

Signs Down, Building Made Right

Sign removal ranges from a small storefront panel to a pole sign standing thirty feet over a parking lot, and the job changes with the sign. Wall-mounted and channel-letter signs are anchored into the building and wired to a dedicated circuit, so the power gets disconnected and the circuit made safe before anything comes off. Monument and pole signs sit on their own footings, which either come out of the ground or get cut below grade. And on every removal, what's behind the sign matters. The mounting holes, faded outline, and open penetrations in the wall need to be patched and sealed so the building is ready to lease, rebrand, or paint.

DemoRex removes wall signs, channel letters, monument signs, pole signs, awnings, and building-mounted structures throughout the Central Valley. We coordinate the electrical disconnect, work lifts and ladders safely around storefronts and traffic, patch and seal the mounting points, and haul the sign and debris off site. The building is left clean-faced and ready for the next tenant's name.

What Our Customers Are Saying About Us

Javier        ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️   11/05/2025

“David Romero is an exceptional professional with a clear understanding of his work. He successfully removed three stumps from my property. A task that required significant effort. I intend to utilize his services for future projects should the need arise. I highly recommend David: he is the ideal choice for such tasks.

Storefront Signage Removal

Every new tenant starts with a space built for someone else's business. Tenant improvement demolition is the first step in changing that — clearing out the previous build-out so your contractor can start constructing the space your business actually needs. DemoRex handles TI demolition for retail spaces, offices, restaurants, medical suites, warehouses, and commercial units throughout Fresno, Clovis, and the Central Valley.

The scope runs as deep as your project needs. That can mean a total gut-out of the interior — walls, T-bar ceilings, flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, and old finishes all removed down to the shell. It also covers the precision work that gets a space ready for new construction: saw cutting and core drilling through concrete so new plumbing and electrical can be rerun, wall cutouts and door cutouts to reshape the floor plan, and back door and opening cutouts where the new layout calls for them. Flooring comes out too — tile, carpet, VCT, and the adhesive underneath, taken down to clean concrete.

Demolition on a TI project is about more than tearing out — it's about handing the space over ready. Debris is hauled out as we go, the site stays organized, and when we're done, your general contractor walks into a clean, open shell with the cuts and openings already in place. That means the build-out starts on day one instead of starting with cleanup.

We work with property managers, general contractors, and business owners directly, and we understand commercial timelines — a delayed demo pushes every trade behind it. For occupied buildings, busy malls, and entertainment centers, we're available after hours, working nights and weekends so the tear-out happens while your customers are gone. The work area stays contained and tidy throughout the project — shoppers and neighboring tenants don't see demolition, they see a clean storefront until the day it opens as something new. DemoRex shows up, gets the tear-out done, and keeps your project on schedule.

Out With The Old In With The New

In commercial construction, the handoff matters. What a general contractor wants to inherit is a shell — open, cleared, and cut where the plans call for it — because every hour their crew spends dealing with leftover demo is an hour added to the build-out and the lease clock. A proper TI demolition ends with nothing left to work around: old finishes gone, debris hauled, openings cut, and the space honest about what it is, down to the concrete and the structure.

That's also when a space shows its real potential. Stripped to the shell, tenants and designers can see the actual footprint, ceiling height, and possibilities that the previous build-out was hiding. More than a few of our clients have changed their layout plans for the better after seeing the space empty.
