TOPSOIL, FILL DIRT
MATERIAL DELIVERY & SPREAD
Serving Fresno, Clovis, Sanger , and the Central Valley
Good Ground Starts With Good Dirt
Topsoil and fill dirt cover two different needs, topsoil for garden beds, planting areas, and lawns that need quality soil to grow in, and fill dirt for building up low areas, filling in gaps, or bringing a space up to grade. We deliver and spread both to fit the project, whether it's prepping a planting bed or filling in a section of yard. Every job starts with a free on-site quote.

The Right Dirt for the Right Job
Topsoil and fill dirt solve two different problems, and using the wrong one for the job causes headaches later. DemoRex delivers and spreads both throughout Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, and the Central Valley, for residential and commercial properties of any size.
Topsoil is what plants actually grow in, richer, finer material for garden beds, planting areas, and lawns that need quality soil to establish and thrive. Fill dirt is a different job entirely: bulk material used to raise low areas, fill in excavated ground, bring a space up to grade, or back-fill a hole left behind by a pool removal, a dig-out, or any project that leaves a void in the ground. It's not meant for planting in — it's meant for building the ground back up so something else can go on top of it.
Whichever one the project calls for, we deliver it and spread it to the depth the job needs. Large jobs, filling in a removed pool, bringing a whole yard up to grade, take real volume, and we bring in and place what the project requires rather than a token load that leaves the job half finished. Smaller jobs, like topping off garden beds or filling a low spot in the lawn, get the same attention to spreading evenly instead of leaving mounds and low spots behind.
We handle delivery and spreading as one job, so there's no separate step of ordering material and finding someone to place it. Every job starts with a free on-site quote, where we look at the area, how much material is needed, and whether the project calls for topsoil, fill dirt, or both.

From a Hole in the Ground to Ground Again
Some fill jobs are bigger than a wheelbarrow could ever solve. A removed pool doesn't get filled back in with a few bags of dirt, it takes real volume, delivered and placed until the hole becomes level ground again, ready for the compaction and grading that come next. That's the kind of job where having the material show up in bulk, ready to go, makes the difference between a project that moves forward and one that stalls waiting on more dirt.
Getting that volume to the site is its own part of the job. A truckload delivered straight to where the work is happening means the material's ready the moment it's needed, no multiple trips, no delays, no guessing whether there's enough to finish. It's the unglamorous first step that everything else on the project depends on.
