PATIO & WALKWAY REMOVAL
PATIO AND WALKWAY DEMOLITION EXPERTS
Serving Fresno, Clovis, Sanger , and the Central Valley
Out With the Old Concrete
We remove concrete patios and walkways of every kind full tear-outs, partial removals, or a single heaved section saw cut clean and hauled away. Standard pads, thick pours, and rebar or wire mesh-reinforced slabs all come out, whether it's a backyard patio, a front walkway, or a path that's cracked, sunken, or in the way of a redesign. We work close to the house, planters, and landscaping that's staying, protecting what needs to stay while the old concrete gets broken, loaded, and hauled off the property. What's left is clean, cleared ground ready for the new patio, pavers, or sod. Every job starts with a free on-site quote.

Free On-Site Walkthrough
Every patio and walkway job starts with a free on-site walkthrough. We check the concrete, the access, and what's staying versus what's going, so your quote covers the whole job before a single cut gets made.

Cracked, Heaved, or Just Plain Ugly, It All Comes Out
Patios and walkways are the concrete people live with the longest after it fails. Cracked slabs behind the house, walkways heaved by roots into trip hazards, and old patios that no longer fit how the yard gets used. DemoRex removes them all throughout Fresno, Clovis, Sanger, and the Central Valley: backyard patios, front walkways, side paths, garden pads, and the odd slabs that came with the house and never made sense.
The work matches the concrete. Standard pads, thick pours, reinforced slabs with wire mesh or rebar, and walkways poured in sections all come out, broken, loaded, and hauled off the property, steel included. Partial removals get the saw-cut treatment: if only a section of walkway is heaved or the patio's being reshaped rather than eliminated, we cut a clean, straight line and protect the concrete that's staying, leaving an edge the new pour or pavers can meet properly.
Backyard concrete means backyard access, and that's everyday work for us. Standard side gates, tight side yards, and walkways that snake between the house and the fence are all reachable. Equipment sized to fit the path, and material carried out where machines can't go. Working near the house, planters, irrigation, and the landscaping you're keeping is part of the plan, not a risk you take: anything staying gets protected, and anything underground you know about gets flagged at the walkthrough.
When the concrete's gone, what's left is open, cleared ground, ready for a new patio, pavers, sod, or just yard again. A patio removal is often the first step of a backyard getting redesigned, and since DemoRex also handles dirt work and grading, the tear-out and the ground prep can happen as one job instead of two contractors.

Straight Lines, Clean Ground, No Guesswork Left Behind
A clean removal starts with where the cut lands straight, precise, and exactly where the project needs it, so what's left behind is ready for the next step instead of a mess to work around. Getting there takes real work: breaking concrete by hand in tight spaces machines can't always reach, section by section, until the walkway is gone and the ground underneath is finally visible. It's not glamorous work, but it's the difference between a job that looks finished and one that actually is.
